Five Course Wagner Wine Dinner Featuring CAYMIUS Wines

Join us for an evening under the Sperry Tent, for a five-course wine dinner featuring creations from Executive Chef Peter & Executive Sous Chef Jill, pairing gourmet dishes with the impeccable wines produced by the Wagner Family Vineyards, including the renowned Caymus portfolio.
First Course: Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc- Grilled Peach Burrata Salad: Arugula, grilled peaches, ACK Gioia handmade burrata, blackberries, feta cheese, candied pecans, citrus vinaigrette.

Second Course: Mer Soleil Reserve Chardonnay
- Stuffed Oyster with Wasabi Caviar: Local oyster with mignonette, champagne gelee pearls and wasabi caviar.

Third Course: Caymus-Suissan Grand Durif
- Marinated Roasted Lamb Chop with Blackberry Caymus-Suissan Grand Durif gastrique.

Fourth Course: Caymus Napa Cabernet Sauvignon
- Gorgonzola Ribeye with Wild Mushroom Risotto.

Fifth Course: Caymus California Cabernet
- Chocolate Mousse.

Music by Sine Verba - an instrumental duo based in Massachusetts; Sarah Jeremias on violin and Steve Reynolds on acoustic guitar.
